We are excited to power your year-end celebrations with our AI Video Booth and Creative Christmas Lucky Draw! To ensure a seamless experience for your team, please review the specific requirements and terms below.

1. Eligibility & Inclusions

 

  • Scope: This offer is valid for Searix’s approved list of Event Teams, strictly for internal team parties only, excluding company-wide gala dinners, unless otherwise approved.

  • Service: Includes access to the Searix software platform for use at 1 internal team event for 1 day only.

  • Exclusions: Searix does not provide hardware (screens, laptops, tablets), onsite crew/manpower, or internet devices. Photo printing on the AI Video Booth, although possible, is also excluded from this offer.

2. Hardware & Setup Requirements (Provided By You)

 

As this is a self-service activation, you are responsible for providing the correct hardware. Please refer to the specific requirements for the product you are using:

A. If using the AI Video Booth:

  • Device: You must provide a Tablet (iPad/Android) or a Touch Screen TV connected to a computer.

  • Camera: The device must have a functioning front-facing camera or webcam. (We use a iPad cameras, or a logi brio 4K webcam attached to a touch screen TV.)

  • Lighting (Critical): If the event is in a dark environment (e.g., bar, club, dinner setting), you must provide external lighting (e.g. ring light, portable light or LED panel). Without adequate light, the AI face detection will fail.

B. If using the Christmas Lucky Draw:

  • Guest Input: Guests will use their own personal smartphones to draw and submit.

  • Main Display: You must provide a Laptop connected to a Projector/LED Screen/TV.

  • Control Mechanism: The draw is triggered by double-tapping the spacebar on the laptop. Therefore, a laptop with a physical keyboard is mandatory for the main display setup.

C. Internet (Both Products):

  • A stable internet connection (4G/5G or WiFi or LAN) is required at the venue for the software to function.

3. Software Access & Security

 

  • Setup Window: Access to the platform will be provided up to 3 days prior to your event for testing.

  • Login: A One-Time Password (OTP) is required to log in. Please ensure you have access to the registered email/mobile number during setup.

  • Duration: The event link and gallery will remain active for 7 days after the event ends, after which access will be disabled.

4. Branding & Customisation

 

  • Design: Layouts and user flows are fixed.

  • Logos: Customisation is limited to “drop-in” logo replacements.

  • Co-Branding: All digital interfaces and output frames will feature Searix co-branding. This is mandatory.

5. Guest Deliverables & Data

 

  • Downloads: Guests can scan a QR code at the end of the flows to download their video / submission.

  • Email: Guests will be prompted to optionally enter their contact details. If provided, they will receive an email containing their video / submission and a link to Searix’s creative portfolio.

6. Liability & Support

 

  • Service Liability: As this is a software-only provision, Searix is not liable for service interruptions or poor performance caused by unstable client-provided internet, inadequate lighting, or hardware malfunctions (e.g., old devices, camera failure).

  • Remote Support: No onsite crew is provided. Remote support is available via WhatsApp strictly on a best-effort basis during the event.

. Rights & Final Decision

 

  • Right to Withdraw: Searix reserves the right to suspend or withdraw this complimentary service at any time if these Terms & Conditions are not adhered to (e.g., unauthorised removal of co-branding or misuse of the platform).

  • Final Decision: All decisions made by Searix regarding client eligibility, software functionality, and service provision are final and binding.

  • Copyright: All software rights, underlying code, and templates remain the intellectual property of Searix. All Rights Reserved.
