- The standard setup uses a 43-inch touchscreen on a floor stand, or a screen integrated into your carpentry. The stand base is about 60 × 45 cm; allow additional space for guests, the camera view, crew and the queue.
- Power and internet
- ARYA uses cloud AI and needs a stable internet connection. Share your venue’s connectivity and power arrangements so we can plan and test the setup.
- Access and operating hours
- Include loading access, setup and rehearsal windows, live hours and teardown timing in the brief. Crew and station numbers should follow your event’s peak demand.
- Digital delivery and printing
- QR retrieval gives guests a digital copy. Optional 4R printing adds a physical keepsake; confirm print volume, artwork and collection space in the quotation.

What internet connection and floor space do we need?
A stable internet connection is required because ARYA uses cloud AI. A typical 43-inch screen stand has a base of about 60 × 45 cm, but that is not the full operating footprint. Allow room for guests, photo capture, crew and queueing, and share your floor plan for review.
Can we collect leads, and how should we handle guest data?
An optional retrieval form lets guests leave their details while still allowing them to skip the form and download. Collected data can be exported as CSV. Before the event, agree the consent wording, required fields, access and retention arrangements with Searix and your team.
What should we send to get a quote?
